  14. I have a Zoom ComStar 28.8 model 620 with Cheyenne Bitware V/D/F 3.30 running in Win 95. 
  15. Everything works great except the voicemail. During voicemail calls it only recognizes a few of 
  16. the commands from the telephone keypad. The is a real nuisance when trying to setup a menu 
  17. system. I've heard about a rom upgrade and Zoom is supposed to send me one if it is available. 
  18. They are clueless. Is this a problem software, hardware or both. TIA
